I have not claimed my solider. 

Appeal: So i got on the BF4 game today and i haven't been on this game for roughly 4 yrs. Comes to find out i was banned for hacking. Now i watched the videos and agree 100% that whoever was playing this game was cheating. Now I haven't played this game for a long time and when i did i know i was a lot higher level then 60 something. So i believe someone took over my account. I've played rainbow six siege for the past 2 yrs and have participated in esl tournaments using anti-cheat software to prove everything was legit. On top of that in all honesty i didn't even know this was a website and for sure never created an account on here before. I Would like to know if there someone i can contact because i would like to get back into this game weather im needing to start from scratch or you can pull up my info from 4yrs ago and reset to that. I: swear i have never cheated in this game nor do i plan to in any games.
