    I don't really know why I was banned by a random third party software, but Here it goes. 

    My stats are pretty good, as I've played for a long time. 

    Looking at the report time It looks like it was reported when my account was hacked by a random guy on origin, which probably lead to the ban. I have screenshots from EA- customer support, and the hacker that can confirm this,. 

    For a few hours my account was not under my controll, and I feel like I shouldnt be banned for weak security at origin
