Appeal: I haven't played in a really long time, so I was surprised when I came back and was banned, It said that it was due to suspicious stats, however I looked and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I really don't know why I was banned, I have never and will never cheat in a battlefield game. I know what the policy is for "hacked" accounts, I started and stopped playing BF4 before I had a phone so I never had the chance to set up a two-step authentication, I have now set that up. I have also received emails about logins from other locations. Again I know it is my responsibility, I just want to know why I got banned and how I can fix it.

Stats seem to indicate the account was used for cheating. Unfortunately we do not unban hacked accounts.APPEAL DENIED| 5 years ago
