I am kicked out of almost every server I entered into the Battlefield 4 game, that's why I was possibly banned from the punkbuster. I confess that I used hack in Battlefield 3, but this is another game and I learned from my mistakes. I hope you help me. Thank you

you need to claim  your profile.

go on the search bar  type your battlefield name and claim the account (Blue Claim icon)

btw you should remove your email , this is not needed here.

Search for your player and click the big blue CLAIM button on the page.

If you don't claim your soldier in the next 24h, your ban appeal will be denied.
