My both Acc has been banned for linked account 1.Cap-Alexander 2. Gen-Ethan-Hunt. and this is happening coz we using same dsl service provider in our area and for this i should not be ban for nothing. once this problem occurred on wbks server but they understand its happen by using same internet service provider. i have been playing fair since i have bought both accounts this is totally unfair i req pls unban my both acc and make my status clean. my both accounts became shit after its ban for linked account.

You need to claim any and all your accounts before we process your appeal.

how may i do that ? if i have to write it here then I claim Cap-Alexander and Gen-Ethan-Hunt both are my Accounts.

Search for your profiles with the searchbar on our homepage. When the username appears in the results, click the name to open the BF4DB profile. On the BF4DB profile you will find a blue claim button. Click it to link your battlelog.

Your case is set to clean for now. You should not get kicked anymore by our plugin. 

Mind that the status can change if new evidence is found.
