Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I found out my EA account had been hacked for the second time in 1,5 years time. I contacted EA and got my account back because i'm the rightfull owner of this account.

Now the guy that has been hacking me has played Battlefield 4 with my account and he has been using hacks. As a result my account got banned because he used hacks. He played under the name of: "rus_Doctor69". My original name is "TheKorbat".

I have never and will ever use hacks in my life and I find it really sad this guy has done just that with my EA account.
Last night i tried to play Battlefield 4 again since a long time with some friends. And every server i join gives me the message:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: "Global Ban Multihack (rus_Doctor69 277114309) [perm][BanEnforcer#1]"

Or this:

"Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: [BF4DB] Multihack. Appeal at https://bf4db.com/player/ban/277114309 [BF4DB]". I will also contact BF4DB and ggc-stream with this same message.

In the chat window you can clearly read that the admin from that server is telling that the player they're suspecting is using a hacked account originally from the netherlands (I'm from NL).

I only joined 2 servers because I didn't want to get banned on more servers (not sure if it works like that but didn't want to take the risk) and first get my account unbanned again.
(Battlefield 3 works fine so i don't think he played on there could you maybe check if I got banned on particular bf3 servers or security services?).



I changed all my security info and personal info so that I can't be hacked again. I also added multiple steps of verification to log in.
Now I hope that you guys can help me out with this permanent ban because I really want to be able to play. It feels not fair, having never hacked or cheated my whole life and always playing fair, now this happens to me. I really hope you can help me because I dont know what else I can do. Because contacting EA wont help me any further because the games are third party applications.

I hope I have informed you enough about my situation and that you will be able to help me out.
