This is not technically a ban appeal because Even Balance refuses to fix their mistake. My account was falsely banned for GAMEHACK and I've gotten the recognition from an admin on here that this was a PunkBuster mistake. I've been using my brother's account and was assured it won't get banned as well as a linked account. This has been getting old for my brother as it's been a couple months and he uses the account also. I just want to guarantee before I have to pay for a whole new account, that it will not be falsely banned again by BF4DB, because of PunkBuster's mistakes.. I just want to play the multiplayer game... I wish it wasn't this hard.

Since we suspect there is a false trigger for the particular ban code your old account was flagged for we will not ban the new account unless we find actual evidence of cheating.

Awesome. If I use a new name I'll be sure to post it somewhere on here to let you guys know what is if there's ever a problem.
