please explain for ban reason, what trigger the server to activate the BAN. because I never use Cheat program on BF4.

Here your brother states you don't know why you got banned and that it might be a false positive?

I do not think it is a false positive at all as your account probably got hacked and likely used for cheating. But if you really think so, there is nothing we can do for you. Only thing you can do is create a ticket at https://www.evenbalance.com/support.php with the banreason from your first post.

If EB admits the violation is a mistake we remove the ban. False detections will be announced on the Evenbalance homepage.
