I haven't played BF in a year or so, find out I am getting kicked from all servers for  "linked account".  I have no idea what that means.  Found this link https://bf4db.com/player/ban/355793282 which shows a link to account Floyd_Macgregor.  I have nothing to do with that account. 

Please fix or let me know what I need to do, I would like to play the game I own..

Is there any chance your account was compromised?

Maybe, though I see no other signs of it. I've changed my passwords now.  How do I get unbanned? 

A little more info... Looking at my history, I don't see any other activity and also I don't know how the account was linked to "Floyd_Macgregor".  It doesn't appear to be hacked from my viewpoint.  No one else uses this computer/account and I use strong passwords.

I get very little time to play games (have two young kids) so very bummed when I finally had an hour and could connect to any servers.  Please help.

Well, your account was used from a Ukranian IP at some point in time which also coincides with that other account using the same IP at the same time yours was.

I will double check the link, but unfortunately, your account is your responsability, not ours. So if it was compromised at any point in time, your ban appeal will more than likely be denied.

Thanks for looking finding that out, I wasn't aware of the Ukrainian IP.  Lets say the account was compromised (this type of thing happens a lot today with frequent data leaks).  After I correct the issue by changing the password, there is no way to correct the ban? And, since it seems that most servers use this DB I am just done playing BF?? I game that I have played for years?? That doesn't seem very just to me.
