Hi, 

I recently bought a copy of BF1 and entered it in my usual account, once I was testing the game I wanted to play some games again to the BF4 and the surprise for me was that in all the games Punkbuster ejected me, a few months ago I left him My usual account to my nephew to play a few games to the BF4, after finding out that it was this website that I banned, I talked to my nephew and confessed that he had used cheats, specifically a multihack.  Without knowledge of the cause I am banned from BF4 with my usual account.

I have reviewed the ban appeal process and I am following the steps.

It would be very nice if it is possible to remove the ban.

For my part I already explained to my nephew that this is not done and less with a third party account, also I already change my password from my usual account so that in the future it does not happen again. I feel the inconvenience that my nephew has caused in this case due to lack of conscience and it will never happen again, I have always been a defender of fair play and I am totally against the use of hacks and cheats.
