somehow my ea is attached to my mothers email but here is the screenshot from my account page https://imgur.com/a/removed for privacy/ and the fair fight ban was over a year ago i don't know why they acted like it was still active when its not but regardless i guess it was still listen under my account on their end.

Do you have a link to a support ticket? As it seems there is a ticket number linked to your case. You can find it by logging in to https://help.ea.com/my-cases/
