My account was hacked by someone else for a period of time, they were using the names xxSUPERJETxx and GOTTA_GO21. After i started playing battlefield 1 on PS4 i did not play battlefield 4 for sometime, when I came back I tried logging in and my password had changed, I went through origin support and got my account back. Certain weapons on my account have kill numbers around 500 achieved in only 2 hours. The f2000 has 515 kills and has only been used for an hour and a half yet the m4 has 682 kills and has 9 hours there is a clear difference in skill between those 2 weapons. I used weapons like the M4, MK11, and the M40 while whoever hacked my account used the AEk, the bulldog, and the ace 23.

Unfortunately we do not lift bans if the account was hacked. Your account security is up to you. In the future you should use the 2 factor authentication to avoid unauthorized use on your accounts
