First off,

THIS is how I want a proper ban appeal to look like!

As the statpadding happened 5 months ago this still falls under our banpolicy concerning statpadding. Once we implement the statpadding flag we will have to reflag your profile for statpadding. The banlist for statpadding will be optional (= admins can decide whether they want to enable it on their server or not) so you may still face restrictions in the future, however they won't be as strict as the restrictions you might get while banned for cheating.
