    oh, my bad I was on 24/7 and then I just clicked here. I guess in my mind since he's still running around 1 shotting everyone I assumed he wasn't banned!

    In this thread some more info about ranked and official servers. Official servers (the ones that gametime accounts have access too) can not kick or ban, and therefor they are a playground for cheats.
