    Appeal: Hello,

I am writing to you to appeal for my ban on servers with the BF4DB plugin. (I have came from Xbox to PC, so as I am new to PC I have only been playing games with GDMILE).  2 days ago I was on a server with my friend GDMILE on Siege Of Shanghai Team Death Match. I accumulated over 100 kills with a variety of weapons. Including the "M4OA5", with me spawn camping their spawns and managing to get a good amount of kills to increase my progression for my sniper and my other guns etc. Later on in the match, what I now know was an admin had joined my game, he goes by the name on the lines of "light Speed". And approximately asked in chat "is kevexia legit". I said "pardon?" and then followed up with "yes, im sweating my balls off right now". After that message I was kicked and then banned from the EGL network. My friend GDMILE explained to said admin the situation of what was occurring. The admin then responded in saying "I was automatically banned" That I had played battlefield 4 before and that I was simply just doing well. (I have my xbox account linked to my battlelog and have had my stats reset on Xbox due to a loss of a bet a few years prior, hence the low hours currently on that account). I then asked my friend to see if EGL had a discord and I joined and began to explain what had just happened to me. I was told that I had been whitelisted and was able to go back onto the server. I logged off due to a family event and came home later at night (I am in the UK). I had then woken up the following morning, and opened my discord. Still on the page as where I left off the previous night. I was greeted with messages saying that I was whitelisted so that I could be recorded. And below was an attached video with physical evidence that my account had been breached by another user. (I have had already taken precautions with 2FA with my phone number and I had never received the SMS notification from EA/Origin. As I have had issues with the 2FA before. So I made sure to have 2FA on email and text alerts. And evidently received no notification from either option).   Other messages within the discord targeted me using aimbot etc. I had not been on battlefield at all during the period the video capture was taken, as I had been waiting for my game (NFS Heat) to download. As I cannot play games with my wifi when a game is downloading due to the slow speed of my internet. So I closed my Origin as I bought my game through Steam so there was no need for it to be opened. And left it for the rest of the hours ahead.

As I am writing this, me and my friend above (GDMILE). Have been collecting evidence to support my case regarding suspicious activity and timing of my account being operated. Here below are timings where the suspicious activity occurred.

Here above is the time my download had finished and I was told my game was not able to run due to my lower end PC. Previous to this time displayed here, I was talking to my friend who already had bought the game and was playing at the time. By the name of "whoosh".unknown.pngunknown.png

Following up with my original statement. During the time my account received suspicious activity, I never got a notification from my 2FA. This may be due because I had left my computer running in my room as my game was downloading and went to do a different activity to wait out the game install. Therefore I do have my reason to believe that my account was being used by my younger brother who is two years younger than me. As I am new to PC and he is not, I am not surprised he had used my PC to play BF4 as my pc is 'higher end' than his HP laptop to play, and had downloaded a hack/program to run in game. I would not be surprised if he had done this previously on a different game such as CSGO. As he has had numerous VAC bans on a variety of different Steam accounts. I am not sure of his steam names now, but I do know one of his account names was called "Spectrax" or something along those lines. Overall I believe this is the reason as my account was being operated without my knowing because I never received my 2FA notification, even though my phone is connected. So if someone did login to my account from a different pc and I got the notification on email for example, I may of missed it due to my inbox being unchecked most of the time.

Your account has only ever been operated from one IP, in the UK. So your story doesn't add up for one.

Second, you claim your hours on XBOX were "reset" because of a bet. Your playtime only ever gets reset by FairFight themselves due to a ban.

So seeing as how you clearly are lying through your teeth, your ban appeal is denied.
